Winter is coming, and your taste for certain wines will too!
It may not feel like it, but ‘Winter is coming.’ As our Florida weather starts cooling down over the ensuing weeks, our choice of wines will slowly transition to the fuller, bolder expressions of the grape. The slightly cooler fall months will help with the transition. If a white wine is your preference, you may want to remember that trusty grape Chardonnay. It is a very malleable grape, which will acquire flavors and aromas as the winemaker sees fit.
At Prime 3, we have put together a collection of Chardonnays that will meet any wine lover’s palate and budget.

If you are looking for an oaky and buttery wine, try a glass of our Seal Rock Chardonnay-Woodsy, buttery, with innuendos of butterscotch in the finish.
If wood and butter are not your thing, our La Playa Chardonnay from Chile is lighter and more refreshing. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, it will retain aromas and flavors of green apple, green pear, citrus, and some pineapple.
The more adventurous wine lover will find a large selection of wines by the bottle. Our Artesa Chardonnay combines new and old oak barrels to provide a balance of fruit, wood, creaminess, and freshness rarely seen in Napa Valley wines. Our Panthera Chardonnay will please you with softer butter and oak nuances.
If you are interested in old world Chardonnays, our steel tank fermented Chablis will provide you with the crisp minerality they are known for, while our Pouilly-Fuisee will add boldness to the typical Burgundian Chardonnay.
Undecided?! Bring friends, open a couple of bottles. Experience the different flavors and nuances with our Sommelier, or let our experienced servers help you choose which wine is best for your meal.
Prime 3 will be there for you on your wine journey.
